UW MHA & WSHEF Spring Event: The State of Payment Reform: 1 QE Credit

May 1, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 7:45 pm

What’s the Status of Payment Reform?

Join us for an evening of education and connection, as we cover what’s happening with payment reform at the national and state levels.  A reception will kick-off the evening (beer, wine & appetizers served), followed by presentations from three UW faculty experts:

  • Sallie T. Sanford, JD, Associate Professor, Law; Adjunct Associate Professor, Health Services: What’s happening with the ACA
  • Jerome Dugan, PhD, MA, Assistant Professor, Health Services: What’s happening at the state level with Medicaid
  • Suzanne Wood, PhD, MS, Assistant Professor, Health Services: Findings from the State Innovation Model Evaluation

We will also be hosting David Olson, Immediate Past Chair of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), who will provide an update on the ACHE organization.

This event is open to UW students, alumni, faculty and Washington State Health Executive Forum members and other members of the health care community.  A portion of the sale of each ticket will be donated to the MHA Fellowship Fund, which funds scholarships for UW MHA and EMHA students.  Thank you for supporting students!
