WSHEF MEETING INFORMATION

WHEN: WSHEF meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month.These meetings combine food, conversation and networking followed by a short presentation on professional issues in the health care field.  The social with light refreshments is from 5:15 - 6:00 pm and a program follows from 6:00-7:00 pm. Fees are collected at various sites. Inquire with site contact person for more details.The nominal fee of $15 will apply to all non-student ACHE members and $25 to all non-ACHE members. These presentations may be counted as one hour of Category II ACHE Continuing Education credit for re-accreditation. 

LOCATIONS: In an effort to make WSHEF activities more accessible to our members state wide, we are video teleconferencing the meetings from Seattle to locations around the state.

David K. Wessner, President & CEO, Park-Nicollet

Following Mr. Wessner's presentation, a panel of representatives from Group Health Cooperative, Seattle Children's, University of Washington Medical Center, and Evergreen Hospital will share their own experiences with Lean management.
J. Michael Rona, University of Washington Clinical Associate Professor and MHA Alumnus (class of 1977) will MC the event and facilitate Q&A and discussion.
 The evening will conclude with a reception, allowing time to network, catch up with friends, and make new connections.
